It’s easy to say you want more revenue. Maybe even more new patients. Yet, I’m going to challenge you to really look at that. Do you want more new patients, or do you want more quality compliant patients that care about their health? Those potentially are two distinctly different looking patients.
When you are looking for increase in any area of your life, it’s important to have a really clear image/picture in your mind of what it is that you are wanting to increase. – Tweet that
It’s not just about a number.
I’m going to give a sports analogy, (this will shock my dentist husband that does this much of the time). Let’s say, that a football team sets a goal to win all of their games. They win all of their games up until the playoffs, and they lose one game, as a result, they are out of the playoffs. Now this other team had a goal to win enough games to qualify for the playoffs and be able to have home field advantage, and to host the Lombardi Trophy at the end of the season.
You decide, which goal has more energy to it?
Let’s bring this back to dentistry and your desire for increase. Do you want more new patients, or do you want more quality compliant patients that care about their health? It’s your practice, you get to decide.
If you want more quality compliant patients, and aren’t sure how to go about attracting that kind of patient, please reach out to us here at Dentistry It’s Personal. We care about you and your practice.
