Researchers are asking some interesting questions.
- Do happier people live longer – and if so, why?
- Could a sunny outlook mean fewer colds and less heart disease?
- Do hope and curiosity somehow protect against hypertension, diabetes, and respiratory tract infections?
There is now an entire industry around happiness. There is a critical mass of research around HAPPINESS. And you can believe they have found link to your health.
You know, we love to encourage your gratitude expression, from a daily practice of listing what your day looked like and expressing gratitude for individual events, feelings, and emotions. Also, to increase productivity; express gratitude in anticipation of producing the amount (procedures) you are performing.
Let’s go deeper on your gratitude for your health. Daily express gratitude that you have the health to perform your vocation.
Being grateful for:
- your nimble hands
- your strong back
- your adequate stamina
- your vision
- accurate memory
- Fully functioning brain
